Ethan has been on half-term break this week, and so he and I went up to London to watch Chelsea vs. Notts County in the League Cup. Before the match, we visited the Aquarium and had a beautiful night ride on the London Eye. Here are some slides.

We went to see some Siamese and Oriental kittens today, bred by Donna at ChinaSea. It was a hectic scene, with two mothers and two litters totalling ten lovely kitttens.

Matt slept over tonight. I think the boys spent most of the night under the beds using their torches to read Jackie Chan comics.

Our neighbour David Crossley works at the Surrey Police HQ in Guildford, and he invited us up for a visit to see the call processing centre and the incident centre where he works. I'd say it's much more high tech than satellites!

Its a godsend! Blogger entries can now be postdated, allowing me to fill in missing months and still keep posting current items. I have so many things that I want to post from the summer that I have been a bit blocked. Now I can at least move forward. Use blogger. It's good.

We went with Mel and her kids to the Weald and Downland museum on a lovely autumn day. It turned out to be the harvest fair, so we were treated to heavy horses, lace making and other country crafts.
